Do you ship outside of the United States?
No — we currently ship within the United States only. Orders usually ship through USPS, within 1-3 business days. You’ll get a tracking number once your package is scanned by the carrier.
What’s your return policy?
We don't offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to us via the chat (bottom right of the webpage) and we'll make it right.
Should I refrigerate my peanut butter?
No need. Store in a cool, dry pantry. Refrigeration isn’t required, though it can give you a firmer texture if that’s your vibe. Because this is natural peanut butter, some oil separation is normal when stored outside the refrigerator — just stir before enjoying.
